1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Implement Tools, LLC ("Tools," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information in connection with implementtools.com (the "Site"). This Policy applies to visitors and customers located in the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Canada, and Australia, among other locations, and describes the additional rights available to individuals in those regions in Section 7 below.
By using the Site, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy.
2. Information We Collect
Account and contact information. Your name, email address, and password when you create an account.
Payment information. Payment details necessary to process your purchase are collected and processed directly by our payment processor. We do not store your full payment card number.
Purchase and usage information. Which Products you purchase, when, and how you access them.
Device and browser information. Information such as browser type, operating system, IP address, and referring pages, collected automatically when you use the Site.
Communications. Information you provide when you contact us, respond to a survey, or submit a review or testimonial.

4. Legal Bases for Processing (UK / EU)
If you are located in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, we process your personal information on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (to deliver Products you purchase), our legitimate interests (to operate and improve the Site), your consent (for marketing communications, which you may withdraw at any time), and compliance with our legal obligations.
5. How We Share Information
Hosting and website infrastructure. Our website hosting platform, which stores and serves the Site and processes information necessary to operate it.
Payment processor. Payments are processed through Squarespace Payments.
Google. Templates, guides, and other materials are delivered through Google Docs links. If you use a "copy" link, Google may require you to be signed into a Google account to save your own copy; we do not receive or have access to your Google account information, and once you've made your own copy, we have no further access to or visibility into it, including anything you or your clients enter into it.
Vimeo. Video walkthroughs are hosted on Vimeo and accessed through a link; Vimeo processes information related to your viewing of that content under its own privacy policy.
Email service provider. The platform we use to send account, transactional, and marketing emails.
Employees and contractors. Individuals who work for or with Tools may access your information as needed to operate the Site and deliver Products to you, and are bound to use it only for that purpose.
Legal and safety purposes. Where required by law, to protect our rights, or to prevent fraud or harm.
Business transfers. If Tools is acquired by or merged with another company, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, and we will notify you if that happens.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with any affiliated organization or parent company outside Implement Tools, LLC. We also do not share your personal information with third parties for those third parties' own direct marketing purposes.
6. International Data Transfers
If you are located outside the United States, you understand and agree that your personal information will be transferred to and processed in the United States as part of using the Site, and that data protection laws in the United States may differ from those in your country. By using the Site, you consent to this transfer.
7. Your Privacy Rights
United States. Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion of your information, and to opt out of certain uses. We do not currently sell such information, but you may still submit a request. Contact us using the information in Section 13 to exercise these rights.
United Kingdom / European Economic Area. You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict our use of your personal information, to receive a copy of your information in a portable format, and to object to certain processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
Canada. You have the right to access and request correction of your personal information under applicable federal and provincial privacy law.
Australia. You have rights under the Australian Privacy Principles to access and correct your personal information.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information in Section 13.
8. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site and understand how it's used. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect how the Site functions. Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal; we do not currently respond to that signal.
9. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Products and services you've purchased, comply with our legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
11. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential; see the Terms of Use for more on account security.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date posted on this page.
